Summary

To inform Age UK Oxfordshire's digital design, they needed to gain more detailed insights into clients’ motivations to do online exercise, the technology and support they have and their experience of online activities.

The main points they wanted to find out from the research were around motivations to exercise and technology/online activity use.

The responses from 10 clients who were interviewed for 30-45 minutes each are collated and summarised in this report.
