The site was developed as a digital information resource for young people in need of housing or at risk of becoming homeless. The hypothesis for this work was:

During the process of creating a digital video platform for young people in Cheshire, Warrington Youth Club assessed the safeguarding risks and created a traffic light system to provide support to online users of the website. This traffic light system is documented in this resource.
